Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Dirt2Tidy handles personal information collected through its website, customer enquiries, quote requests and Meta Lead Ads.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Dirt2Tidy website and information submitted when you contact us, request a quote, ask about a cleaning service or interact with a Dirt2Tidy lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
It applies to information handled by Dirt2Tidy for responding to enquiries and providing or arranging requested services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode, suburb, city, state, requested service, preferred timing and other answers you choose to submit.
Meta Lead Ads may provide the answers you submitted in an Instant Form, together with lead and advertising attribution such as the form, campaign, ad set, ad and page identifiers. We do not need you to provide information that is not relevant to your enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to contact you, understand the service requested, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange requested cleaning services, answer questions, provide customer support and maintain records of communications and service requests.
We may also use information to protect the website and our business, meet legal obligations and improve how enquiries are handled. We do not sell your personal information.
Meta Lead Ads
If you submit a Dirt2Tidy Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may send the answers and lead information to Dirt2Tidy so we can respond to your enquiry. Meta handles information under its own privacy terms.
Dirt2Tidy uses the information received from Meta for the purposes described in this policy and does not use it for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis or your permission.
Service providers and integrations
We may use trusted service providers to operate the website, deliver enquiry notifications, store or organise enquiry records, and support lead workflows.
Depending on the workflow, these providers may include Resend for email delivery, Meta/Facebook for Lead Ads, and business workflow or record-keeping tools such as Make, Google Sheets or Zapier. Providers receive information needed for the relevant business purpose and are expected to handle it securely.
Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to an enquiry, providing a quote or service, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the way it is handled. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Australian privacy context
Dirt2Tidy handles personal information in the Australian business context and seeks to comply with applicable Australian privacy requirements, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to the relevant activity.
The specific rights and obligations that apply can depend on the nature of the information and the circumstances of the enquiry.
Your privacy choices and contact
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask us to delete information where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern.
Use the Contact page on this website and describe the request, including enough information for us to locate the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for a legitimate business purpose.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, services or information handling practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
